We want to provide you with the best value, and returning items to our factory can be costly and may result in customs-related issues or package damage. However, as a token of appreciation, we’d be happy to offer you a discount code for your future purchases.
If your item has any defects, such as torn parts, unclear designs, the wrong design, an incorrect size, or a different product than what you ordered (as indicated on your order invoice), and you can clearly demonstrate this in an unboxing video, we will gladly arrange a free reshipment or provide a full refund. 7. I just placed an order. I want a refund.

We understand your concern. Please note that we can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of payment. To initiate a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@lioneaxi.com. After this 24-hour window, your order will have entered the production process and cannot be canceled. We kindly request your understanding as our items are custom-made to order, tailored to your specific preferences.
8. What does it mean “As mock up” option?
